What file types can I upload?
You can upload Word, PDF, PowerPoint and image files. If your file type isn’t listed, just get in touch and I’ll let you know the best way to send your documents.
Are my documents kept confidential?
Yes. I treat all documents as confidential and never share your files with third parties. If needed, I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Which languages do you translate?
I specialise in English↔German translation only. I don’t offer other language pairs.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes. After you approve your quote, the full amount is paid upfront to confirm your booking. This lets me reserve time for your project and deliver your translation on time.
